FOR EYE CARE FOUNDATION:
The For Eye Care Foundation, Inc. is the charitable arm of the Florida Society of Ophthalmology, an organization of ophthalmologists devoted delivering the highest standard of eye care throughout the state of Florida. The For Eye Care Foundation, Inc., formed in 2010 by the Florida Society of Ophthalmology, assists other eye care organizations with community outreach and delivers important public service messages regarding eye care and disease. If you are interested in volunteering with the FSOs charitable-arm, the For Eye Care Foundation, please complete the attached form and return to fso@mdeye.org or you can complete the online volunteer form.
FLORIDA LIONS EYE CLINIC:
The Florida Lions Eye Clinic is looking for volunteer ophthalmologists to provide quality eye care to our patients, whether it is in their Bonita Springs clinic or at the referring ophthalmologists' practice. As an out of clinic volunteer physician, your practice will receive a referral packet with a letter stating if you would kindly accept the following patient for a pro-bono evaluation. You are welcome to decide on the number of patients you wish to see in your office each month. Click here for more information or to sign up.
